No. We are a consulting firm. We provide the counsel, attorneys, and accountants to match each client's needs, and coordinate the work end to end.
Do I need an existing structure to start?
No. Many clients come to us with a single operating company, or nothing formalized at all. The review starts from wherever you are.
How do fees work?
Engagements are scoped and quoted in advance. We do not charge a percentage of assets and we do not take commissions.

We are based in Miami and serve clients globally.
